“I really enjoy the environment. My boss is easy going and everyone working there is very friendly,” says Jasmine. “It is very important for me to have a job and be able to work. It increases my independence level. It makes me happier and more self-confident. Nothing can hold me back. ”

“We’re happy to have her on our staff,” says Nitu Chopra, the store manager and Jasmine’s supervisor. “She’s an asset, a hard worker who cares about her job.”

A talented artist, who has been taking lessons since the first grade, she likes to oil paint when she’s not at her job at Aahs!, “I like to paint anything that captures my eye, but especially landscapes and nature,” she shares.
